After numping the lips, fat is injected through the corner of the mouth under local anaesthetic. Some degree of swelling should be expected for the first few days. Fat gives longer lasting results than artificial fillers such as hyaluronic acid that usually last just 6 months. Both techniques are available at our clinic.
